Caravan 3 Description

Privately owned 3 bedroom Atlas Ruby Super 36’ long x 12’ wide caravan with wall panelled radiators,  Shower room which has a double shower cubicle, and a sink, wc in a separate Room. A spacious fully equipped kitchen which has a full sized gas cooker, and fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, Sandwich Toaster and all the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for use during your stay. The dining area has a free-standing table and chairs and a wall panelled radiator. The living area has all mod cons including: 22” Lcd tv, dvd, freeview combi, a Cd/Radio Player, gas fire, and plenty of seating area.

One double bedroom with a double fitted wardrobe and a dressing table and overhead cupboards above the bed there is also two bedside cabinets. Two twin bedrooms (No Bunk Beds) both with a single wardrobe and a shelved wall cupboard above the beds and a bedside cabinet between the two beds (this can be removed so the beds can be pushed together to create double beds).  There is also a double pull out bed in the lounge area.  We also have a Hoover, iron and ironing board for you to use during your stay!

 

For your convenience we have a patio table and chairs on our spacious decking which also has outside lights fitted for those summer evenings.  It also has a gate fitted so its safe for those little ones who are just finding their feet.

 

There is also a shed next to the caravan with a Washing Machine and Chest Freezer in for you to use during your stay.

 

This caravan is situated on the Sandhills area of the Butlins Caravan Park in a quiet cul-de-sac near the front of the Sandhills area, so approximately a 10 minutes walk away from the tunnel leading to the main resort!!

 

NO  SMOKING   NO PETS  IN THE CARAVAN
